Hi, we are so happy you are here!

Poema Coffee Co. is a coffee cart catering service with a full espresso bar based in San Diego, California.

I’m Josie, and with the help of my husband Dillon, we started Poema as a dream to serve our community. We began dating in 2019, often over a cup of coffee. Throughout college we both became baristas at different local shops in our area, which is where our passion for coffee developed.

We both stepped away from the coffee world after we started pursuing our own careers, but I began to miss it. I was feeling burnt out in my job as a nurse and decided to make the big leap to switch career paths, with Dillon helping me when he can.

Now here we are, enjoying Southern California and hoping to create an incredible experience by serving our favorite thing to others.
